F**king brilliant, thanks RichC for bugging me, well worth the bunk

5.3m Ego on the Fanatic Twin 84 ... just perfect

Got there a little after the slackers, RichC & Camber Mafia had already got there, rigged and nobbed off up to Little Maui. I could see Rich looked nicely powered up on his 5.3m so just got rigged up and changed to go join them.

The joy of sailing barefoot again ..... oooooh ... luvvly .... couple of quick runs in and out to make sure I'd gone for right size, and then punched upwind to join the boys. Rich was on his 5.3m but on the lardy 95 FatStyleWave, and Camber mafia was also 5.3m but on his 87 Naish thingy. Rich headed back in to swap over to his WC77 and rejoined us not long after.

Conditions were a real joy today. Nothing hardcore, nothing dangerous (other than CM's brush with the gunboat), and not too many tea baggers either.

I think the tea baggers outnumbered us 2:1 but there was plenty of space and it was no stress sharing water space with them. I would even go as far to say that I enjoyed the extra company, so respect for the way everyone just got on with stuff and seemed quite aware of others all enjoying their own time.

After 3 hours or so of perfection Camber stylee, myself and Camber Mafia sensed a lull in the wind coinciding with appointments at home for family tea times, and took leave of the beach. Rich, as ever, seemed to want to stay there forever ....... and he is probably still there as I type this !!

Best sail so far this year ..... sunshine, wind, waves (tho not that big if honest), and barefoot again ....

SWEEEEEEEEET !!
